We ship locally first and internationally on request. The notes below are the everyday rules — for anything unusual, write to us and we’ll work it out.
Where we ship
Local everywhere; international by arrangement. Send us your address first if you’re outside our standard region so we can quote freight and timing honestly before you commit.
Lead times
In-stock pieces dispatch within one working day. Local delivery is typically 1–3 working days. Regional destinations take 3–5 working days. Anywhere else takes 5–10 working days.
Made-to-order interior pieces (chairs, tables, lighting) take 4–8 weeks depending on materials and finish. We confirm the lead time when you order and update you when fabrication begins.
Shipping rates
We use flat per-tier rates, shown at checkout once you pick a destination. Tiers are local, regional, and other. International is quoted individually.
For very large interior pieces, we may need to arrange a separate pallet/courier; we’ll always confirm the additional charge before proceeding and never bill it after the fact.
Returns
Unworn, unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first so we can issue return instructions and arrange the pickup or drop-off.
Things we can’t accept back
- Fragrances once the bottle is unsealed
- Made-to-order furniture (we cut and built it for your spec)
- Any item showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — your call — and pay any return-shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt. Bank-transfer refunds occasionally take longer depending on the bank.
