  • Where is BT's based?

    BT's is a small studio in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. We ship perfume and home fragrance across the country and take on interior design projects nationwide, with regular work in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.

  • Do you sell original perfumes in Nigeria?

    Yes. Every eau de parfum in our library is composed and bottled by hand in our Benin City studio, in batches of forty. Numbered and dated; not designer resale.

  • How do you handle payment and delivery?

    We accept Paystack (Verve, Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. Lagos and Abuja typically arrive in 2–4 days; Port Harcourt and other state capitals 3–6 days. See /delivery for the full per-state breakdown.

  • Can I visit the Benin City studio?

    Yes — by appointment, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. WhatsApp us to arrange a time.

  • Do you offer interior design consultations?

    Yes. Consultations can be in-person in Benin City or by video for clients anywhere in Nigeria. We work in fixed-price phases (concept, sourcing, fabrication, install).
